* We accept only cash or personal check. 

 * Images from your session are held for 30 days.  After your order is complete, we will archive your purchased images for one year.

* All images remain the property of C&A Photography and Design and are protected by federal copyright laws.  Copying of any kind without permission is strictly prohibited.

* All product orders must be paid in full at the time of order.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for orders to come in.

* All complete orders must be picked up within 30 days upon notice of completion.  If you have chosen to have them sent, there is an additional $6.00 shipping fee.

* All sessions are by appointment only.
